Pre start items:
Addressed some drainage issue by adding french drain and proper drain for the gutters.
Cut down a few dead trees.
Removed a TON of the front yard foilage as it was insanity.
Demo of Guest bathroom by me.
Got riding mower and a crap ton of lawn tools.
Dug to locate the septic, will be decommissioned and go onto sewer as part of this project.  (Digging fucking sucks, but extra bad when its wet outside)

 Background

Purchased home in December 2021 - 1950 built, one previous remodel to add a sunroom.  Expect house is full of "surprises".

Started working with Architect, plans submitted July 2022 (yes really)

Contractor selected September 2022

Budget completely blown due to selections and just being new to this whole process.

Spent 2 months whittling down the scope with contractor to get it to an "extremely painful" price point instead of the unbuildable price point we started at.

Received permits Nov 2022 (yes it took that freaking long)

Demo started by me in late October, contractor started in November.

#26 Master bedroom and closet

Master is good to go now as well, again except for a few handles.....  I ordered way short. It was a lot harder cutting those angled lines ...
