 Framing crew is fast!  They framed the garage and the floor of second floor in a single day.

 Interior Framing is going up.

Upstairs interior walls mostly there.  Rough in plumbing and electrical has started.

Permits issued finally!  Took ages and answering a bunch of dumb questions that could have been asked from the start.  Oh well, they are issued now.

Full speed ahead now.  Sewer connect is schedule for Dec 1-2, foundation work starts on Dec 4th.

Started with lots of demo.  Found an unfortunate number of surprises.

Some poorly supported ceiling josts, required a beam addition.

The walls were some crazy combo of fiberboard covereed by plaster covered by drywall.

This concealed multiple roof leaks around the house, so lucky us, new roof is now part of the job.
