#21 Dining room and lower hall/laundry

 huge backlog of updates, so switching to room based.  dining room/hall first.

Laundry room.  We decied to re use the old butcher block from the kitchen as the counter here.  So it was sanded and then clear coated with commercial clearcoat and then use as countertop for sink.

In the shuffle we forgot to buy cabinets here  Had to scramble last minute to get them in time, but we got it installed.
